Marchel Tarsingot Tobing, S.H.
Mr. Marchel is a distinguished Indonesian lawyer with over a decade of expertise in real estates, financial institutions, financial sponsors, venture capital investors, and corporate clients involved in cross-border M&A, and corporate transactions across various industry sectors in Indonesia. He also has significant experience in assisting Indonesian businesses with outbound investments and transactions throughout Southeast Asia. Additionally, Mr. Marchel advises industry players in regulated sectors on an array of regulatory issues, including commercial contracts, product design, financial soundness, capital management, governance, and government investigations.
Mr. Marchel began his legal career at the Faculty of Law, University of Padjadjaran (S.H.), where he earned a scholarship from PT Astra International Tbk and became a licensed advocate with the Indonesian Bar (PERADI). He is also an active member of the University of Padjadjaran Alumni Council (IKA UNPAD), showcasing his commitment to the community.
Fluent in both Indonesian and English, Mr. Marchel excels in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Gregorius Vindico Sinaga, S.H.
Mr. Vindico has an impressive record of successfully handling both civil and criminal cases in court. From the onset of a dispute to its resolution, Mr. Vindico assists clients, including government institutions, corporations, executives, and directors, in making well-informed decisions. He has an extensive experience representing clients in court and at arbitration forums across various legal areas such as Commercial Law, Security Enforcement, State Administration Law, Bankruptcy Law (Insolvency and Restructuring), Insurance Law, Antitrust Law, Labor Law, Intellectual Property Law, Tax Law, Shipping & Admiralty, Mining, Oil and Gas, and Plantation. Mr. Vindico is also recognized as an Indonesian Antitrust specialist.
Mr. Vindico started his legal journey at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia (S.H.), and is a licensed advocate with the Indonesian Bar (PERADI). He is an active member of the Young Lawyers Committee (YLC), demonstrating his dedication to the legal profession.
